Make your own ice cream sandwich and celebrate today!
Take two cookies (or graham crackers) of any type, and place one scoop of ice cream (your favorite flavor) on top of one cookie.
Top with second cookie and press down gently to slightly squish the ice cream in between cookies.
Yum!
