Here is a great receipe to help you celebrate this day……..
Noodle Ring
4 cups cooked noodles
1/4 cup melted butter
3 eggs, separated
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Stir melted butter into cooked noodles.
Add well-beaten egg yolks and Worcestershire sauce.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Place noodles in a greased ring mold.
Set mold in a pan of hot water and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
Unmold carefully onto a large platter and fill the center with creamed peas or chicken.
Serves 8
